Nassau Stakes next up for Legatissimo Legatissimo is likely to head to Glorious Goodwood following her admirable effort in defeat at the Curragh on Sunday. The Qipco 1000 Guineas winner was beaten a short head by Diamondsandrubies in the At The Races Pretty Polly Stakes, having occupied the same position in the Investec Oaks. The daughter of Danehill Dancer is set to stay at 10 furlongs for the Qatar Nassau Stakes on August 1. Trainer David Wachman said: "They went no pace which didn't really suit, but there are no excuses and she ran on well. "We'll probably stick to the Nassau, that's the plan I'd imagine." Legatissimo has won three of her eight starts to date, her Classic moment coming when she saw off the challenge of Jim Bolger's Lucida by three-quarters of a length at Newmarket in May.
