Navan gearing up for Troytown Chase Twenty six horses have been declared for the €80,000 ladbrokes.com Troytown Chase at Navan on Sunday and racecourse manager Darren Lawlor is expecting a big day. Lawlor said “this is Navan’s flagship day and always receives great local support. It promises to be another fantastic day’s racing with stars of present and future on show. "We also have a Best Dressed Lady competition which will be judged by TV3’s Sybil Mulcahy and Miss Harper’s boutique Debbie Harper. The first race is off at 12.15pm and the ground is currently Soft. The forecast for the remainder of the week is for some scattered showers but mostly dry for the weekend.”
