Navan goes ahead following inspection Navan has passed an afternoon inspection ahead of tomorrow’s fixture, with the going described as heavy. Navan Inspection Results and Course Conditions Clerk of the course Brian Hamilton reports “following a dry and breezy 24 hours, I'm pleased to report that Navan is fit for racing and with a favourable forecast, the fixture tomorrow will go ahead. "We had 4mm of rain yesterday morning but once that passed we've had drying conditions and the team here at Navan have done a brilliant job in getting the track ready for racing. "The current forecast is mainly dry through to the end of racing and the ground is heavy."
