Navan goes ahead Today's action on the hurdles track at Navan has received the all-clear following a morning inspection. However the chase course, due to stage the final two events on the card, is still under assessment, the hurdles circuit was found to be fit for racing. Cliff Noone, Irish Turf Club press officer, reported: "The ground is heavy and the hurdles track is fine." "They are, however, still inspecting the chase course and want to give it a bit of time to see if it thaws out. It was cold last night, but not as cold as anticipated."
