No Big Deal scrambles home for Williamson Charles O'Brien's No Big Deal, the 10/11 favourite, held on from She's On Line to take the qualified riders' handicap hurdle on Clonmel's card. This was his first victory at the 18th time of asking - eight races on the Flat and 10 over flights. Boston Bongo took the field along, but was swamped by a wall of horses on the swing for home. It was No Big Deal who jumped two out in front, but he was far from home. On the run-in, he edged across the track, but did keep going to just hold She's On Line by a head after the latter picked up well on the run-in.Sheriffhill (10/1) was another two and a-quarter lengths back in third. Frank Berry, racing manager for J.P. McManus, said: "He had been knocking on the door, so it is nice to get the win out of him. "Josh (Williamson) gave him a great ride as the horse didn't help."
