No finishers in Towcester Chase There were no finishers in the Totepool Flexi Betting Novice Chase at Towcester this afternoon after a last fence incident involving Adrian Lane. Lane appeared to have the race in safe keeping approaching the final fence on the odds-on favourite Identity Parade, but his mount attempted to refuse and unseated the rider. The Jim Dreaper trained Radharc Na Mara, the only other horse left in the race was hampered and unseated his rider some way after the fence. Under British rules riders are not permitted to remount so there were no finishers and the race is voided.
