Conditions look set fair as the Listowel Festival recommences this afternoon following a two-day weather enforced break.

There was no overnight rain at the Co. Kerry venue, and the forecast is dry today. The going is heavy.

The feature on today's eight-race card is the Guinness Kerry National, and the action gets underway at 2.10pm.

Heavy rain caused the cancellation of racing both on Monday and Tuesday at Listowel, and an additional National Hunt fixture has been added there on Sunday.

Meanwhile the going at Navan, where an additional meeting will take place next Monday, is currently good (yielding in places).
