Plans are fluid for Iridessa after she finished eighth in the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket on Sunday.

Joseph O’Brien's daughter of Derby winner Ruler Of The World won the Fillies' Mile last term and ran a fine race under a penalty over a trip short of her best on her return to action this season.

She was expected to turn the tables on Leopardstown winner Lady Kaya with a turn around at the weights but Sheila Lavery's filly confirmed the form with a fine run when beating all bar Hermosa in the Classic.

"She ran a good race. She just flattened out a little in the dip and probably lost a couple of lengths and then stayed on when it was all over," said O’Brien of Iridessa.

"We will see how she comes out of it then make a plan.

"I’ve not thought about anything regarding what trip to go with her."
