O’Keeffe continues good run with King In Love King In Love (14/1) bounced back to form with a second career success at Cork today, landing the Paddy Power 'Still Call Twitter' Handicap Hurdle for trainer Sean Aherne, owner Eoin Barry and in-form jockey Sean O’Keeffe. Pulled up in two of his three previous starts, the five-year-old today improved to lead before the final flight and held on well to beat Eastmore by 1.25 lengths, to give O’Keeffe a sixth success in eight days. Aherne stated “at Fairyhouse last April, something happened him at the second hurdle where he was pulled up. It appeared he was injured and a screen went up around him, but thankfully he was ok although he became a bit frightened. “The ground was too good for him at Listowel the last day and I was delighted to see the dig in the ground today. He has some toe on soft ground which he doesn’t have on good. “We’ll keep him over hurdles for now but he’ll jump a fence in time. Sean (O’Keeffe) is riding well and is a good jockey.”
