O'Regan to return on Wednesday Denis O'Regan will put himself through the paces on the gallops on Tuesday morning ahead of a possible return to action at Hexham a day later. That meeting is not the main priority for the Irishman but he is desperately keen to be back in the saddle by Saturday, when his employers Howard Johnson and Graham Wylie could run Tidal Bay at Haydock. O'Regan broke his collarbone when he took a fall from Astarador in a chase at Aintree. "I think I'm going to be OK for Wednesday - I will ride out at Howard Johnson's on Tuesday morning and see how it goes," he said. "I have given myself plenty of rest and we'll leave it to the last minute. "I rode some horses last week but I didn't feel I was quite right to come back last weekend, but I have had some physio and I am doing as much as I can to get back this weekend. "The main thing is I have to be back for the weekend."
