Ross O'Sullivan is hoping to bag a nice chunk of prize money with Indigo Dream at Newcastle on Good Friday.

The Havana Grey filly was third on a visit to the same venue back in January and has had the £150,000 Fillies And Mares Championships Handicap on her radar since.

She faces off again against Stateira who won the race last time, and has an 11lb swing at the weights with her rival

Jamie Spencer is booked to take the ride and O'Sullivan said:- "It is an eye-catching booking.

"It is 11 runners and she is drawn 11. It will be kept simple.

"There's great prize money for the first three or four. You are hunting for prize money and if you are in the first three, we would be delighted.

"She was beaten by a filly (Stateira) that is in the same race. She was put up 10lb for winning, but she is a very good filly, she's a filly of Andrew Balding's. Oisin (Murphy) won on her and he rides her again. She will be favourite and Oisin did mention to me after the race that he thought she was a very, very good filly.

"It was always the plan, when we tried to qualify for it, to go back there for this race. She likes the surface and seven furlongs is an ideal trip for her. Small field, you never know.

"I'm going over on the day. She travelled today (Wednesday) and we are very happy with her."
