Danny Murphy reports the speedy Ostraka in good form and on target to reappear in the Listed BetUK Hever Sprint Stakes at Southwell next Saturday.

The daughter of Profitable won sprint handicaps at both the Curragh and Navan last year and caused a 66/1 shock on her final start when landing the Group 3 William Hill Top Price Guarantee Mercury Stakes at Dundalk in October.

“She runs next Saturday in the Listed race at Southwell. She worked great here last Friday, and fingers crossed we are hoping for a good run,” said Murphy after saddling Tam Lin to win at Dundalk earlier this week

“James Ryan won the Group 3 Mercury on her and I'll leave James on her."

Ostraka has proved a real bargain for current connections as she was bought for just €9,000 at Goffs 12 months ago.
