Owner of Cybersnow lodges appeal Solicitors acting on behalf of James Ferry have lodged an appeal against the decision of the Referrals Committee of the Turf Club with regard to Cybersnow. The Referrals Committee concluded that Cybersnow was one and the same horse as “Man About Town” that ran at an unrecognised meeting in Magheraboy on 28th June 2009. Cybersnow was subsequently disqualified from all races he contested since the 'flapping meeting' at Magheraboy, including two victories when trained by Seamus Fahey. No date has yet been set for this appeal.
