PIPE SHOWS HIS CHELTENHAM HAND Martin Pipe today revealed some of his hopefuls for the four remaining Cheltenham Festival races for which entries have yet to be announced. Pipe has sent out the winners of 25 Festival races and the trainer`s official website announced that the Nicholashayne trainer will have six entries in the National Hunt Chase, a contest he is yet to win. Pipe`s team for the race includes the ex-French Imperial de Thaix, recent Ludlow scorer Delaware, Image de Marque II, and Sulphur Springs, the intended mount of owner Philip Scouller. The Pond House team are responsible for four of the entries for the Weatherbys Champion Bumper -Micksie Palmer, Leading Optimist, Warwick winner Inflation, and Miss Cool. Thomas Pink Gold Cup heroine Lady Cricket heads a 10-strong Pipe entry for the Cathcart Chase which also includes First National Bank winner Upgrade, Blowing Wind, Cadougold, Gun`n Roses II, Rodock, and the ex-French Tango Royal and Present Bleu. Blanville, who was unbeaten in point-to-points last season, is Pipe`s sole representative in the Christie`s Foxhunter Chase and again is the intended mount of owner Philip Scouller.
