Paene Magnus is among the 79 five-day acceptors for the William Hill Lincoln at Doncaster on Saturday.

Jim Bolger's five-year-old was last seen landing a Listed prize at Dundalk in October and currently has 9st 2lb to carry if he takes his chance at the weekend.

Emell and Tinghir were among 19 withdrawals for the Lincoln. Both were around the 16-1 mark in the ante-post betting for the valuable handicap that headlines the opening day of the UK turf season.

Market leaders Whispering Warrior, Gabrial's Kaka and Captain Cat all remain but, as expected, the top-weight Penitent is among the absentees as he is going for the Godolphin Mile at Meydan on Dubai World Cup night.

That leaves the penalised Chookie Royale and Tullius at the head of the list.

For those that do not make the cut, there is the consolation William Hill Spring Mile on the same card.
