Dylan Browne McMonagle successfully deputised for the injured Billy Lee on Bundle Of Interest in the GAIN The Advantage Series Handicap at Navan.

Browne McMonagle gave the COR Racing Syndicate-owned and Willie McCreery-trained three-year-old a lovely patient steer to eventually beat Skillman Ave by a length and a quarter.

Possibly on the less favoured far-side, the well-backed joint favourite Send Harry (5/1 - 11/2 -7/2) had to make do with third place, half a length back.

Waited with behind the chasing pack, Bundle Of Interest was produced with her effort on the near side in the final furlong, delivering her winning burst to the delight of those that supported the easy-to-back 15/2 shot (from 9/2).

"Ciaran O'Reilly and all the family bred her, so I'm delighted for them - a homebred filly to win for them, they have been patient with her," said McCreery.

"Big filly last year and was still a bit weak. We took our time with her this year, let her grow into herself. She's a big, powerful Bungle Inthejungle filly and she will come on from that. She just needed time to grow into herself.

"The only thing about last year she was a bit weak - she did everything right, she just wasn't sustaining it.

"Six or seven (furlongs) - seven around a bend or something like that.

"We'll try and get another handicap out of her."

R.P. Whelan, rider of El Fontenaro trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right under pressure.
