Pether's Moon on his holidays Richard Hannon is no rush to return Pether's Moon to the fray after the five-year-old sprang a surprise in the Investec Coronation Cup at Epsom six weeks ago. The Dylan Thomas entire is enjoying a holiday after he captured the scalps of the French-trained duo of Dolniya and Flintshire to win his Group One. The Marlborough trainer will wait for the right signals from Pether's Moon before making any plans. "Pether's Moon had a hard race at Epsom and we are giving him a little break," said Hannon. "He is still entered in some of those races as you have to play the game but the King George has come too soon for him. "He will tell us when he is ready."
