Pietropaolo keeps good run going on Shay's Dream The exotically-named Julian Pietropaolo is enjoying a fruitful autumn and the victory of the Joseph O’Brien-trained Shay’s Dream in the Killarney Grand Apprentice 3-y-o Handicap was a third winner from his last five rides. Runner-up on his previous outing at Down Royal, the 5/1 chance went after front-running favourite Wie Wunderbar inside the final quarter-mile of the one mile, three furlongs contest and the New Bay gelding led 100 yards out to post a one-length verdict.
