Plasterer comfirmed for Tingle Tom Cooper has confirmed Forpadydeplasterer will take his chance in the Tingle Creek at Sandown on Saturday having walked the course. Last season's Arkle hero reappeared at Down Royal over two and a half miles in heavy ground and finished second to Herecomesthetruth, but Cooper says he has improved immensely for that run. Barry Geraghty has ridden him in his last five starts but has plumped for Big Zeb, leaving champion jockey Tony McCoy to take the ride. "The horse is very well this morning, he travelled over great, it's a lovely fresh morning," said Cooper. "I'd say the track at Sandown will really suit him, the Railway Fences take a lot of jumping and that will play to his powers. "I wasn't disappointed Barry picked Big Zeb, he has to do what he thinks is right for himself and AP isn't a bad substitute - he's the best. "He ran in four Grade Ones last year and was second in three on soft to heavy ground in Ireland. While the ground is soft here, I don't think it is anything like what he encounters in Ireland. "He will improve immensely for his run at Down Royal. "He's not a novice any more so he's got to take on these big guns," he told At the Races.
