Promise To Be True made it two from two, as she took the Group 3 Silver Flash Stakes, completing a double for Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore (earlier successful with Douglas Macarthur .

Successful on her debut at Tipperary last month, the daughter of Galileo was expected to follow-up this evening, going off the 4/6 favourite.

Settled in mid-division, she was pushed along in fifth over two furlongs out. She was still fifth at the furlong pole, but she soon came with her challenge between horses and swept to the front, going on to score by a length and a quarter. Take A Deep Breath (5/1) finished second under Pat Smullen for Michael O'Callaghan, while Intricately was a nose back in third under Donnacha O'Brien for his brother Joseph.

Aidan O'Brien said afterwards: "You'd have to be delighted with that. She would have learned plenty there.

"Something like the Debutante Stakes might suit her. We'll see where Mrs Stockwell is going with her filly (Brave Anna).

"She's a nice filly. She's green and she was very green first time. I thought she might be too green to win then but Seamus (Heffernan) nursed her and then she took off."

The winner is a full-sister to Maybe who won this race in 2011, and was unbeaten in five starts as a two-year-old.
