Paddy Twomey got off the mark for the season when Currawood landed a maiden on Dundalk on Friday and subsequently outlined plans for his smart filly Purple Lily who was third in last year's Irish Oaks.

The daughter of Calyx was last seen when again filling third spot in the Group 2 Blandford Stakes back at headquarters in September.

"She has a few entries and we will see how we go," said Twomey.

"She is in good form and might start in the Noblesse (over 1m4f at Cork on April 6th), she will probably start in a Listed race before a Group race but we will see."

Amongst those also holding Noblesse entries for the Golden-based handler are Oyster Stakes winner Beechwood and Bubble Gum, a new acquisition from France who was fifth in last season's Prix de Diane.
