The Joseph O'Brien-trained Princess Rabab made a winning start in handicap company at Dundalk tonight.

The daughter of Highland Reel was fifth in maiden company on her return here last month and stepped forward today.

Dylan Browne McMonagle produced his mount to challenge passing the two pole and she grabbed a narrow lead inside the final furlong.

The 10/1 shot kept on well in the closing stages to post a three-parts-of-a-length win over front-runner Not Just Any Eagle

Stable representative Sean Corby said: "It looked like the step up in trip would suit her. She handled it well and ground it out the whole way up the straight, she's tough and genuine.

"Hopefully she can keep progressing now and maybe win again. She definitely has a good attitude anyway."
