Racing UK offer Ruby refund Racing UK will offer all new subscribers a total refund of their annual subscription if Ruby Walsh rides the winners of the Champion Chase, Gold Cup and World Hurdle at Cheltenham. Accounts opened between now and the beginning of the Cheltenham Festival will qualify for the potential refund if Ruby's three odds-on chances, Master Minded, Kauto Star and Big Bucks all prevail. "It looks a good offer to me," said Walsh. "All three are reigning champions and have great chances as their odds indicate. "I sat on all three last weekend and schooled each one. All were A1, exactly where I'd want them to be at this stage, and I couldn't be happier with them." Racing UK's Commercial Director Nick Mills said: “Ruby is one of the best horsemen in the world and only needs one more success to equal the all-time record of 25 winners at the Festival set by Pat Taaffe. To mark his achievements, we have teamed up with Ruby to offer this great promotion. “We ran a similar promotion with Frankie Dettori prior to him winning the 2007 Epsom Derby on Authorized. Nearly 1,500 took out annual subscriptions in the lead-up to the race then, which obviously cost us as he won, but the good news was that 95 per cent of those all renewed the following year.
