Rain causes ground to ease at Killarney The ground has eased slightly at Killarney following overnight rain at the Kerry venue. The going for day three of the festival is good, good to yielding in places on the National Hunt course and good to yielding, yielding in places on the Flat track. Fresh ground is being used for the Flat and hurdle tracks today and tomorrow. Down Royal is good to firm ahead of their meeting tomorrow and the watering at the track ceases tonight. Clonmel race next Thursday and the ground at the Tipperary track is currently good to firm, firm in places. There are showers forecast in the area, some heavy, today and tomorrow.
