Patrick Mullins oozed confidence on Ramillies the facile winner of the bumper in Leopardstown.

This made it five winners on the day for Willie Mullins - four at Leopardstown (Gaillard Du Mesnil, Dandy Mag the other ones) and Ciel De Neige in Limerick.

Mullins was motionless on board the 15/8 favourite who began to increase his lead inside the final quarter of a mile. He eased right away to score unextended by 10 lengths. Tucson Train (33/1) and Que Famoso (7/1) were back in second and third respectively.

Willie Mullins said: He's a very nice horse. He did what I was hoping he'd do last year.

“He looks top drawer and I'd imagine we'll look to come back here for the festival. The Grade 2 bumper there would have to be the target.”

Ramillies had been off since finishing fourth in a bumper at this festival last year.

Paddy Power gave Ramillies a first show of 14/1 for the Champion Bumper.
