Revival Power plans yet to be decided Trainer Tim Easterby is deliberating on the next move for his talented juvenile, Revival Power. After a stellar season so far, Easterby is weighing the few remaining options for this speedy filly. Revival Power's Impressive Form and Limited Race Options Revival Power, a full-sister to Nunthorpe winner Winter Power, has shown plenty of her sibling’s speed this season. She has already claimed a Listed race at the Ebor meeting and followed that up with a dominant all-the-way victory in the Flying Childers at Doncaster. "She’s just so well so I’m keen to run but we’ve got to choose the right race, she’s in great form." However, Easterby faces a dilemma with limited Group One options for juveniles over five furlongs in Europe, with the Prix de l’Abbaye and Breeders’ Cup both unlikely choices for the filly. Possible Plans for Revival Power: Cornwallis Stakes or the Prix de l'Abbaye The Cornwallis Stakes at Newmarket on October 10 remains a possible target for Revival Power, though Easterby is hesitant about running her there under a 5lb penalty. The trainer is also not keen on the Prix de l’Abbaye, citing concerns over the risk of a bad draw at the French race. "I’m just not keen on the Abbaye for her this year, if you get a bad draw you’ve no chance." Despite these challenges, Easterby is determined to find the right race for Revival Power, hoping to continue her excellent form.
