Twice a winner and twice placed from six spins around Gowran in the past, Treat Yourself has worn cheekpieces several times before. No less than seven of the nine participants have triumphed at this track already and with everything bar the aforementioned Treat Yourself running off their correct mark, a competitive heat is in prospect. Not much more than an hour later, Salsify will bid to add his name to the illustrious roll of honour in the Tetratema Cup Hunters Chase. It's well documented how events conspired against Rodger Sweeney's great servant returning to his happy hunting ground in Cheltenham for another crack at the Foxhunter. Second in this contest way back in 2011, Salsify arrives with strong credentials after his display when winning at Fairyhouse a couple of weeks ago. He is taken to upstage Marasonnien, Carrigeen Acebo and company.
