Bidding to complete a hat-trick for Willie Mullins in this Ayr season highlight, the Kim Muir runner-up will now not be taking part, with 'going' the reason for his absence. Three other Irish trained runners will take their chance, with Kim Roque the current market leader for Joseph O'Brien. A never nearer fourth in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham last month, the three-time winning French import will be ridden by JJ Slevin. Winning the Dublin National at Leopardstown in fine style last month, Promontory will represent Waterford trainer Sarah Connell, with Donagh Meyler to partner this Malcolm Denmark-owned bay. Top-weight Blaze The Trail is the other Irish hope, with first time cheekpieces tried on this Mags Mullins-trained eight-year-old, with her son Danny taking the ride. Elsewhere on the programme, the James Kenny-trained World Of Fortunes will bid to follow-up on her Kelso success in the Jordan Electrics Ltd Seafield Trophy Mares' Handicap Hurdle, with Irish representatives in six of the seven races down for decision.
