Roches Cross in Czech Derby win The former Jim Bolger trained Roches Cross won the Czech Derby by a head on Sunday. Roches Cross was sourced by Matty Murtagh and Edward Daly’s Actionhorse in a joint effort with their Central European agent Tomas Janda Bloodstock for Staj Jasna, a client of Mr. Josef Vana’s stable. Roches Cross had one run in Ireland winning the Irish Stallion Farms EBF maiden at Listowel beating Tis The Shot, a first outing for both horses.
