Rocky Dreams (6/4f) picked the pocket of Inflection Point at the end of the seven-furlong claimer in Dundalk.

The five-year-old gelding stayed on well on the inner of Inflection Point and nabbed him in the final strides to win by a head for Denis Hogan.

The runner-up went off at 7/4 and was two and a half lengths clear of third-placed War Hero (12/1 from 18/1).

Jockey Daniel King said: "He is indeed (solid in that grade). He broke well and got into a nice position, got him to travel away and he picked up nicely in the straight. It was good to get his head in front again.

"There is further options for him (over seven furlongs). He's a consistent horse and was second up here over a mile."

Friendly claims were successful on the winner (Denis Hogan) and the runner-up (Ado McGuinness).
