Rothwell's Cylinder Rattles off double The Philip Rothwell trained Cylinder Rattler followed up his recent course and distance win with another in the Nick O'Donnell Memorial Handicap Hurdle at Wexford today. Ridden by Paul Townend, the son of Beauchamp King was held up in mid-division before eventually getting to the front two out, eventually recording a length and three quarters win. Afterwards Rothwell reported "I thought Cylinder Rattler might struggle under his 8lbs penalty for his most recent win and we'll aim him at another handicap at Galway next, provided the ground is good. He is well handicapped over fences in England and I'd like to exploit that mark soem day too."
