Fergus McFadden, Ireland and Leinster player and keen horse-racing fan will present the Flat Champion Awards at Leopardstown today.

Tote November Handicap Day at Leopardstown marks the end of the Flat turf season for 2014 and will see our Flat Champions crowned. The Champion Owner Title will be awarded to Mrs John Magnier while Aidan O'Brien will retain his Champion Trainer Title.

Pat Smullen will receive the Champion Jockey Title after a terrific year where, for the first time in his career, he recorded over 100 winners in a season.

Champion Apprentice Jockey in waiting, Colin Keane still has a chance to equal or better the record number of wins by an apprentice in a season. The record is currently held by Joseph O'Brien whose 57 wins in 2011 beat Raymond Carroll's 52 wins set in 1976. Colin's tally of winners currently stands at 54. He has six booked rides today.

Fergus will present the 2014 Flat Champions with custom-made perpetual Irish silver trophies after The Tote November Handicap race at 3:30pm.
