Saturday Return for Trabolgan

Nicky Henderson reports Trabolgan to be on course to make his return from a three-year absence in the BGC Silver Cup at Ascot on Saturday.

The ten-year-old has been out of action since winning the 2005 Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury due to injury but is now ready for a return to racecourse action,

"The plan is for Trabolgan to run and while he has done a lot of work, it has been an awful long time since he ran," Henderson told At The Races.

"It will be a touching moment to see him back on the track and in fairness he has been up at Trevor Hemmings' place a lot where Mick Meagher did a great job with him before he came back to us.

"They have seen more of him in the last three years than I have and they really have done very well with him."
