Separate Ways Team lodge appeal Connections of Separate Ways have lodged an appeal with the Turf Club after the Stewards awarded Luttrell Lady the winner of the Guinness Time Handicap at Galway on Thursday. Separate Ways who was in front on the wide outside entering the straight edged left inside the final furlong and in doing so forced Luttrell Lady’s jockey Joseph O’Brien to ‘snatch up’ very briefly. The Stewards on the day felt that Separate Ways had caused sufficient interference and improved his position and therefore made Luttrell Lady the winner. There has been no date set for the above appeal.
