Available at 2/1 this morning and sent off the 4/5 favourite, Village Dream took Tramore's Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Flat Race over an extended two miles.

Fifth on last month's debut at Killarney, the Mastercraftsman grey was positioned in mid-division by Parick Mullins who, as he so often does, kept her wide on the track in search of unpoached ground.

Moving smoothly into the lead in the dip, the six-year-old was shaken up to beat Myluckymaker by three and a half lengths.

"She is a nice filly and it might be best to go jumping now, but I'll discuss with Patrick and see what he would like to do," said winning trainer Willie Mullins

"It has been a great week, the horses have just come right and I'm looking forward to the rest of the autumn."

After a treble yesterday, Mullins repeated that feat today and this was his seventh winner of the four-day August festival.
