Sheridan shines on Harseva Harseva ran out a cosy winner of the ten furlong handicap at Navan under a confident ride from Joey Sheridan. The Patrick Magee-trained filly travelled strongly in behind the leaders passing the two pole and Sheridan edged out to launch his challenge inside the final furlong. He took a quick peak behind for dangers before asking the daughter of Harzand to hit the lead inside the final 100 yards. The 16/1 shot recorded a snug half-length victory over Lunar Landscape. It was a first career victory for the five-year-old on her 14th outing. The winner got in as first reserve and Magee said: "Great to get a run, I thought she would get in as the ground tightened up. "She does like it here and Joey gave her a great ride, he is riding really well. She was also only beaten less than six lengths at Leopardstown (in July). "I wouldn't be afraid to go back to Dundalk with her. Her run there the last time was too bad to be true." (Quotes by Michael Graham)
