Song Raring To Go James Fanshawe has issued a positive winter bulletin on brilliant filly Soviet Song. The six-year-old had a bit of a stop-start campaign last term but Fanshawe hopes to have a clear run at the major Group One events in 2006. 'She´s very well at the moment,' he said. 'After she finished second to Proclamation in the Sussex Stakes she got a cold and then she had a problem with her foot, so we´ve left the shoes off her purposefully. 'But she´s been turned out and she looks bright and well at the moment. 'Her shoes will go back on next week and we´ll take it away from there. 'I just hope the season lasts a bit longer this year,' he told At The Races. ? PA Sport
