Despite a slow start, Roisin McIntyre's Si Senior (11/1) ultimately led home her 12 rivals in the Treacy's Pharmacies Handicap.

A runner-up at Roscommon and Fairyhouse last month, the Pat Magee-trained four-year-old raced towards rear under Julian Pietropaolo, making good progress on the outer from the three-furlong pole.

Running wide off the bend approaching the straight, the Bungle Inthejungle bay was pushed along to lead with over a furlong to go and she kept on well from there to score by three-quarters of a length.

On her second start for Mick Mulvany, Ina Mina (12/1) filled the runner-up spot under Wesley Joyce, while Longseoir (11/1), who came from last, was another three-quarters of a length away in third.

Returned the 3/1 favourite, Donna Nook could only manage seventh, while the front-running Expound faded in the straight and eventually finished fourth.

"That's her second win but she has been tricky enough," Magee reflected.

"Maybe being in a better race with a lighter weight is more her deal, but she fell coming out of the stalls one day at Roscommon when she probably should have won.

"We thought the handicapper was very harsh by giving her 6lb for finishing second two starts ago, but it is what it is and we're obviously delighted with today.

"Things have to fall her way, they went fast and she just picked them off.

"Horses just seem to run for Julian, who is based with Joseph O'Brien, and he is a very good lad to ride."
