Talitha Kum heading for Guineas Trial Paul Deegan is looking forward to running Talitha Kum in the Derrinstown Stud 1,000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown on May 12. The Curragh trainer has been delighted with the way the filly has come out of her win at Naas recently and expects the daughter of Chineur to give a good account of herself when she steps up to Group Three company. "She came out of that race in tip-top form. You wouldn't know she'd had a run," said Deegan. "She did a little piece of work on Tuesday morning and she went super. She goes for the Guineas trial at Leopardstown. We'll let her take her chance there and see where we are with her."
