Thurles Monday cancelled now on Friday 8th Due to an adverse weather forecast and the fact that parts of the track are waterlogged, Thurles' meeting for Monday January 4th has been cancelled. Due to the cancellation of the Thurles Meeting which was scheduled for Monday 4th January, 2016 earlier today, Horse Racing Ireland has announced that this meeting will now be rescheduled on Friday 8th January, 2016. This meeting (Meeting No 5 A-G) will close for fresh entries by 12 noon on Monday 4th January with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Thursday 7th January. The same programme of races will be used and Trainers are reminded that entries already made must be repeated. The time of the first race will be 12.50pm.
