Thursday going update Following a dry day, Thurles is yielding to soft (Hurdle) & yielding (Chase) ahead of today's meeting. Forecast is to remain cool and dry, becoming unsettled into next week with rain expected. The first of eight races is due off at 11.45. The opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners Chase looks one of the most informative races on the card, with a number of smart hurdlers from last season taking each other on over the larger obstacles. Fishery Lane currently heads the betting for the Willie Mullins yard, closely followed by Eagle Fang.
