Cornerkova provided Henry de Bromhead and Rachael Blackmore with a quick double when beating the only other one to complete, Weihnachts in the Tipperary Town Plate Handicap Chase.
Handicap chase first-timer, Cornerkova, and Fest Deiz had it to themselves from some way out. The winner seemed to be getting the best of it when Fest Deiz took a tired fall at the last.
That left Cornerkova to register a seventy five length verdict over Weihnachts.
Stable companion Upping The Anti initiated the de Bromhead and Blackmore brace in the preceding race, scoring by no less than thirty two lengths.
“She jumped brilliant and Rachael was really good on her. I thought she might struggle to stay but she stayed really well in the end,” said de Bromhead.
“She was brave as the horse in front was running around a bit. I’m delighted for the (Cloud Nine) syndicate.”
