A course inspection has been called at 4pm this afternoon to determine the prospect of racing at Tramore tomorrow evening.

This evening's meeting at the southern venue was cancelled and resceduled for next Monday due to waterlogging, and parts of the course are still under water.

The going at the Co.Waterford track is currently described as heavy (waterlogged in places).

Further rain is forecast in all areas today with a mixture of sunshine and showers predicted for tomorrow.

Racing takes place this evening at Leopardstown, with the first of a seven race card off at 4.50pm.

Racegoers have the added attraction of seeing Camelot do a piece of work before racing. The going at the Foxrock track is good to soft following just 1mm of rain overnight.

The ground is currently soft to heavy at Sligo ahead of their meeting next Tuesday.

Tipperary race next Thursday and the going there is heavy.
