Ulster raid for Cosgrove`s leader English raider Tough Leader faces 10 rivals in tomorrow`s Stg£30,000 Ulster Harp Lager Derby at Down Royal.The David Cosgrove-trained seven-year-old, who will wear blinkers for the first time, is the first English-trained runner in the race since 1997 when Docklands Limo triumphed for Brian McMath.Cosgrove said: 'Tough Leader was with Michael Dickinson in Maryland for a year and won a race out there before I got him in December.'Kevin Manning will take the mount.'We had hoped to get John Egan who is home on holiday from Hong Kong but he is not available to ride,' added Cosgrove.'Tough Leader was flown to Dublin and travels on to Northern Ireland this morning. This will be my first runner at the track and I am reasonably hopeful.
