Unaccompanied a Hatton's Grace possible

Unaccompanied may be asked to take on top company in the Bar One Racing Hatton's Grace Hurdle next month.

The four-year-old filly, trained by Dermot Weld, has already been in action twice this month, adding a Listed hurdle success at Naas on Saturday to a second-place finish on the Flat at Leopardstown.

Connections opted out of running Unaccompanied again quickly by withdrawing her from the Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown on Sunday.

She may now go for the prestigious Grade One contest over two and a half miles at Fairyhouse on December 4.

"She did it very well and has come out of the race really well," said Stan Cosgrove, racing manager for owners Moyglare Stud.

"The trainer's talking about maybe going for the Hatton's Grace around Christmas time.

"You have to keep her going to keep her fit as she's a great doer - that's why she was able to have the two quick runs."
