Walsh bids for glory at York For the third year running Katie Walsh crosses the Irish Sea today to compete in the Queen Mother's Cup (for Lady Amateurs riders) over 1m 4f at York today. Walsh takes the ride on the Mark Johnston trained Bowlder's Magic, who has three career victories to his name to date. He has been running well of late finishing a close fourth on his last start at Chester behind English Summer and he has a leading chance today. Nina Carberry was also due to ride in the race but her mount Just Lille is now a non-runner. In what is an ultra competitive handicap, Paddy Powers have installed Bowlder's Magic the 13/2 co favourite of three.
