Ruby Walsh made every post a winning one as he secured a double at Wexford on Davinia's Tip in the Christy Lynch Memorial Novice Handicap Chase.

Adrian Maguire 's charge, making her first start in handicap company, was sent off the 3/1 favourite in the 2m1f contest having been easy enough to back on course (opened 5/2 into 9/4).

Walsh bounced out in front and her only challenger going to the second last was Hop In The daughter of Presenting responded well when asked for an effort going to the final fence.

A good jump at the last sealed matters as she went on to record a four-length success.

"I suppose she was entitled to go close if she put her best foot forward and she did. She got a super ride," said Maguire.

"She is not a superstar and I suppose at this time of the year these type of tracks suit her. She has paid her way so far and hopefully she can keep doing it.

"I'm not sure how quick she will go on, we will play it by ear with her. Presenting's usually go on quicker ground. She has won on real soft so we will see."
