Warm The Voice set for Beresford task Warm The Voice, comfortable winner of a maiden at the Galway Festival, is to step up in class for the Beresford Stakes. The Group Two Beresford, run at Naas this season while the Curragh undergoes its redevelopment, has been won by some of the greats of Irish racing in recent years. Alamshar, Azamourm Sea The Stars and St Nicholas Abbey are on the roll of honour and last year subsequent Irish Derby hero Capri was successful. Warm The Voice is owned by Jim Bolger's wife, Jackie, and trainer Brendan Duke told At The Races: "He's very good, he's taken the race very well. "The Beresford is at Naas this year, over a mile, and he'll probably rock up there, I like him. "He's a terrific horse for us to have, he does what you want him to do, no carry on, he's never looked for any counsellors or anything like that, he just does what you ask him to do."
