Yard named after Causeway Connections of Giant`s Causeway are paying tribute to the exploits of the multiple Group 1-winning hero by building a special yard in his name within the Ballydoyle complex.When it is completed in November the `Giant`s Causeway yard` will house the 25 top three-year-old`s at Ireland`s leading training centre and each horse will have a specially constructed box complete with a `front` and `back` door together with its own mini paddock.Trainer Aidan O`Brien revealed the plans at today`s Ballydoyle media open day and indicated there would be little difficulty in nominating the first dozen inmates.'They usually pick themselves,' he said. 'We will discuss and nominate the remainder.'Giant`s Causeway stole the headlines in the year 2000 when he became the first horse since Nijinsky to win five straight Group One races in a season - earning him the nickname of the `Iron Horse` - and now stands at the Ashford Stud in Kentucky.
