Zaynar New Triumph Favourite Zaynar is 6/1 favourite (from 14/1) with Sky Bet for the JCB Triumph Hurdle following a successful British debut at Newbury. Nicky Henderson's charge was always travelling strongly under Barry Geraghty and jumped to the front at the last. The son of Daylami lengthened well to beat Walkon, who was giving the winner seven pounds, by four lengths. Sainglend gave the form a solid look in third, one place ahead of Hebridean. He made headway to chase the leaders going to the second last under Ruby Walsh but was soon beaten.
